  2. Dr joe I do that every day and sometimes it is at a 116/70 80 or at 119/75 but 2 weeks now it’s at 126/88 or 126 /95 p 90 the highest it go Is 180/110 p 114 it just not stable and am worried about it sometimes my eyes feels force out my head, doc

  9. Hi Dr Joe! I like your video! I had I cup coffee, I checked my B P It was 120 63 Two hours later I checked again it was 112-65. I don't eat meat sometime I have fish! Since I had Kidney transplant I am taking 5 mg Amlodipine sometime I take 1/2 pill I don't need B P medication. So the problem is when I go see dr my B P it's high. I can not have teas because it making me sleepy. I sleep very well soon I go to bed. What I need is gain some weight. I am 5' feet and weight 100. Any suggestions Dr Joe! I appreciate. Thanks.

Even if you could tell me which herb teas are safe for me to have it would be a help. I'm struggling with this but have no choice but to do it.     I appreciate the info you provide on hebal teas lowering blood pressure. However some of them are listed as "bad" if you take blood thinner medications.

  18. I bought some herbal tea but got allergy hives from drinking the tea. I had to use an antihistamine to get rid of the hives. I thought it was caused by something else but it happened again the second day. There are so many products in the market, its hard to choose.
