hi I’m Beth Hovis with Trinity School of
Natural Health and I want to talk about scurf rims in iridology what is a scurf rim and what is venous
congestion or the circulatory ring you have two different iris signs that are
right on the periphery of the iris and one is on the iris itself in the skin
zone Zone seven and the other is off the iris a little bit into the white the
scelera of the eye. A scurf rim shows up in our irises when we tend to have skin
disturbances such as eczema psoriasis dry skin dandruff things like that and it
can be a subtype of the lymphatic blue eye venous congestion or the circulatory
ring is actually off of the iris in the scelera and has a blue glow to it both of
these signs can indicate problems with the circulatory system and blood flow so
we want to support the blood and the circulatory system when someone has a
scurf rim in their iris we want to support the lymphatic system a great way
to do that is with dry brushing jumping on a mini trampoline and lymphatic
massage for someone who has the venous congestion or the circulatory ring on
the outside of the iris we want to support the circulatory system herbs
such as cayenne Hawthorne and hibiscus can help with circulation and good blood
flow the next time you look in a mirror notice if you have a scurf rim or a
blue circulatory ring on the outside of your eye and now you have some tips to
know how to help your body be stronger and healthier
