hi I’m Beth Hovis with Trinity School of
Natural Health when studying iridology one of the things we look for is the
color of the iris there are two eye colors in the world of Iridology: blue
eyes and brown eyes then we have the two mixed together and we call that a mixed
iris a biliary iris is also called a mixed
iris because the pigment in the iris is blue with a brown pigment overlaying the
blue so sometimes the eyes will appear green hazel or even brown people with
biliary eyes have tendencies for liver and gallbladder disturbances as well as
pancreas disturbances and high blood sugar issues they will also have
problems with digestion including going between diarrhea constipation and gas
and bloating how can you support yourself if you have a biliary eye one
of the best things to do is to eliminate foods that are cooked in fat heated oils
are hard to digest so deep fried foods and foods that are cooked in fat should
be eliminated also the fats that you do want to use
are going to be good for you fats like coconut oil and olive oil these you can
use in salads to help support the liver and the gallbladder herbs like Pau D’arco
milk thistle and Dandelion are going to be really good because they help
cleanse and support the liver and anytime we cleanse and support the liver
we’re also helping the gallbladder to help the pancreas we can do things like
chromium and cinnamon if you have a biliary mixed iris take these
suggestions and try them out and see if this doesn’t help you have a healthy
happier body you
